REPLACING A FAILED HARD DRIVE

Replacing the hard drive on a 2008 iMac is harder than it looks. The internets have a ton of great tutorials and step by step instructions on how to remove the glass panel and LCD display so I won't go into that here. This post is only meant to offer a few tips for anyone looking to take on the challenge.

Apple's iCloud works great for syncing contacts across Apple devices, but only if the contacts are well organized before they are beamed up to the cloud.
